As a member of our French Technical Customer Experts team, you will be providing 24/7 support for users from France, and Belgium, helping them with their inquiries and technical issues via phone & e-mail.

What you will be doing:
- Provide 24/7 help-desk support via phone and email
- Follow company and client procedures and guidelines
- Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
- Exchange ideas and solutions with your colleagues
- Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in French
- Good technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Technical background & familiarity with technology trends
- Experience in customer service will be appreciated
- Positive attitude & team spirit
