We are seeking a Junior IT Specialist to support the day-to-day IT operations under the guidance of the Assistant IT Manager. This entry-level position is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their technical skills in a dynamic, guest-focused, and fast-paced hospitality environment. The role involves providing first-line support and assisting in the maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to and enforce IT policies and procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining all systems (servers, networks, endpoints, printers etc.).
  • Help install, configure, and troubleshoot software.
  • Provide technical support to guests and the organization.
  • Aid the implementation of projects from initiation to completion.
  • Support the maintenance and tracking of IT assets and inventory.
  • Contact vendors and service providers for support purposes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT (or a proven strong background).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk services.
  • Knowledge of cloud services such as Microsoft Azure and 365 is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, such as Windows server, Active Directory, and related components.
  • Knowledge of hardware, software and networking.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and proactive environment.
  • Previous hospitality experience is optional.
  • Strong English communication skills are essential.
