The Opportunity (1 Position Open):
You will be the key remote contact for customers, handling issues related to account activation, debit card management, transaction disputes, and general application usage. Success in this role requires a high degree of precision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain composure while dealing with sensitive financial information.

What You Will Do:

  • Account Support: Assist customers with inquiries regarding mobile application features, account statements, and service activation/deactivation.
  • Transaction Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer issues related to payments, transfers, and potential unauthorized transactions.
  • Security Verification: Guide customers through security protocols, password resets, and fraud prevention steps.
  • Process Adherence: Strictly follow all internal financial and security compliance guidelines.
  • Remote Operations: Maintain high productivity, efficiency, and professionalism while working autonomously from your home office.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Language Fluency: Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish (C2) is essential.
  • Experience: Proven experience (1+ years) in high-volume customer service, call center, or financial services support.
  • Work Arrangement: Proven ability to work independently in a dedicated, private, and quiet home office environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail required for handling confidential and financial data.
  • Technical Familiarity: Comfort with digital platforms, mobile applications, and multi-system navigation.

Qué Hará:

  • Soporte de Cuenta: Asistir a los clientes con consultas sobre las características de la aplicación móvil, extractos de cuenta y activación/desactivación de servicios.
  • Resolución de Transacciones: Investigar y resolver problemas de los clientes relacionados con pagos, transferencias y posibles transacciones no autorizadas.
  • Verificación de Seguridad: Guiar a los clientes a través de protocolos de seguridad, restablecimiento de contraseñas y pasos de prevención de fraude.
  • Adherencia al Proceso: Seguir estrictamente todas las pautas internas de cumplimiento financiero y de seguridad.
  • Operaciones Remotas: Mantener una alta productividad, eficiencia y profesionalismo mientras trabaja de forma autónoma desde su oficina en casa.

Qué Necesita Para Tener Éxito:

  • Fluidez en el Idioma: La competencia nativa o casi nativa en español (C2) es esencial.
  • Experiencia: Experiencia comprobada (1+ años) en servicio al cliente de alto volumen, centro de llamadas o soporte de servicios financieros.
  • Modalidad de Trabajo: Capacidad comprobada para trabajar de forma independiente en un entorno de oficina en casa dedicado, privado y tranquilo.
  • Atención al Detalle: Atención meticulosa a los detalles requerida para manejar datos confidenciales y financieros.
  • Familiaridad Técnica: Comodidad con plataformas digitales, aplicaciones móviles y navegación multisistema.
