Mar-Bella Collection: A family-owned group of four award winning five-star luxury hotels, dotted around the Ionian Sea in Greece & curated to suit the ever-changing needs of guests across different stages of their life. Elix is on the Ionian coast of mainland Greece and lays in a stunning location above Karavostasi beach between Parga and Syvota.

Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Bartender to join the Avali team for 2026 in Corfu

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service
• Produces cocktails and garnishes according to the brand standards
• Bar stock and inventory management in the area of responsibility
• Anticipates guests' needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in the area of responsibility
• Ensuring a smooth transition handover between shifts
• Handling of complains aiming the maximization of guest satisfaction
• Works well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Handling end of shift reports and closing in conjunction with the reception

Qualifications

• Professional experience in an equivalent 5* hotel or bar
• Good knowledge in POS Systems
• Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
• Good knowledge of wines, spirits and mixology techniques
• Diploma of bar school will be considered an asset
