What You'll Do:

  • Lead the design and development of ML models;
  • Drive feature engineering, model experimentation, and evaluation;
  • Shape the technical vision and architecture of a brand-new AI initiative;
  • Collaborate with data engineers and business domain experts to shape the PoC and final product;
  • Build explainable AI outputs suitable for the business domain operations;
  • Produce early prototypes and guide technical decision-making;
  • Lay the foundations for scaling of an AI/ML team.

Mandatory

  • University degree in IT or equivalent;
  • 5+ years in applied machine learning (anomaly detection, fraud, risk scoring, predictive analytics);
  • Strong Python, ML frameworks, and hands-on data skills;
  • Experience owning end-to-end ML lifecycle (data → model → prototype);
  • Ability to work in a small, fast-moving, exploratory environment;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Fluent in English (additional EU languages are a plus).

Optional

  • Experience in supply chain, customs, taxation, risk management, financial crime, or similar domains;
  • Experience with simple UI prototyping.
