Programme Engineer

We are seeking a Programme Engineer to join a live project and support the production teams in delivering the project's time objectives. The role involves operating and maintaining the planning system in line with established planning procedures, while working closely with the Senior Planner to ensure accurate reporting, smooth coordination, and consistent project performance.

Job Description

  • Recording and monitoring on-site progress against the contract baseline.
  • Preparing short-term detailed production programmes, including weekly three-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Supporting the production team with their daily and weekly Last Planner System (LPS) activities.
  • Ensuring clear communication and alignment between planning and site operations.
  • This role is central to maintaining project control, forecasting performance, and enabling effective decision-making throughout the construction lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in planning or scheduling within the construction industry.
  • Solid understanding of construction phases, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
  • Experience using specialist planning software (Primavera P6 preferred, but not essential).
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles.
  • Familiarity with standard contract forms used in Greece.
  • Exposure to additional industry sectors is considered a plus.
  • Experience or expertise in 4D planning and BIM is highly desirable.
