We are currently looking for a talented Social Media & Communications Coordinator to provide enhanced customer services.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Content Creation: Create engaging posts, videos, stories, and reels about our people, culture, CSR, and employer brand.
  • Community Engagement: Post and monitor content on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to grow and engage our audience.
  • Internal Communication: Support in writing and sharing updates, newsletters, and intranet content for employees.
  • Event Support: Assist in planning, promoting, and attending company events, team activities, and CSR actions, while capturing photo and video content.
  • Campaign Support: Help with the execution of Employer Branding and CSR campaigns, from ideas to delivery.
  • Storytelling: Collaborate with teams to share authentic employee stories and company moments.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor content results and suggest improvements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with HR, CSR, and Marketing for consistent messaging.

Requirements 

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field. 
  • 0–2 years of experience in content creation, community management, social media, or internal communications (internships included). 
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills in English and Greek. 
  • Creativity and basic design/video-editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools). 
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook). 
  • Interest in Employer Branding, CSR, and employee engagement. 
  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
