The Goal

As a Learning & Inclusion Partner, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and inclusion across our global teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering impactful learning experiences—especially in technical environments—while also contributing to the successful execution of our inclusion initiatives.

You'll work closely with Engineering, Product, and HR teams to design and implement learning programmes, promote self-directed development through platforms like Udemy, and embed inclusive practices that strengthen employee engagement and belonging.

Key Responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Design and deliver technical, leadership, and professional development programmes tailored to the needs of software development teams.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to identify capability gaps and co-create targeted training solutions.
  • Support professional and career development by curating resources, frameworks, and learning pathways.
  • Curate and promote Udemy and other digital learning content to build a self-directed learning culture.
  • Facilitate live and virtual workshops, onboarding sessions, and learning events, applying blended learning approaches (classroom, virtual, on-demand, micro-learning).
  • Contribute engaging training materials (presentations, guides, e-learning) that are both impactful and visually effective.

Inclusion & Belonging

  • Support the execution of inclusion initiatives, including inclusive leadership training and awareness campaigns.
  • Facilitate workshops on allyship, unconscious bias, and psychological safety.
  • Collaborate with internal networks (e.g.,

    ) to amplify their efforts and integrate insights into broader strategies.

Strategic Contribution

  • Support the development of learning and inclusion strategies by translating organisational needs into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to ensure programmes are relevant, aligned to business outcomes, and promote employee growth.
  • Bring fresh, innovative practices into the organisation by staying current on industry trends.

Measurement & Evaluation

  • Monitor learning analytics, inclusion progress, and engagement metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve programme effectiveness and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.

The Player

Key Success Factors

  • 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, DEI, or related HR functions, ideally in a technology or software environment.
  • Strong facilitation and instructional design skills, with a learner-centered mindset.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership or technical development programmes.
  • Passion for inclusion, equity, and belonging, with the ability to embed inclusive practices into learning.
  • Data-driven approach with experience in evaluating programme effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with Udemy or similar digital learning platforms.
  • Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, or career development tools.
  • Experience working in global or multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with agile or product development methodologies.
