Αναζητούμε 
πρώην μηχανικούς λογισμικού
 που θέλουν να κάνουν στροφή στην καριέρα τους και να εξελιχθούν στον χώρο του consulting, αναλαμβάνοντας τον σχεδιασμό και τη διαχείριση τεχνολογικών έργων μέσω δημοσίων προμηθειών.

The Role

Ως Σύμβουλος, θα βρίσκεστε στο σταυροδρόμι μεταξύ τεχνικού σχεδιασμού, προσδιορισμού αναγκών και στρατηγικής προμηθειών. Θα βοηθάτε τους δημόσιους φορείς να ωριμάσουν τις ιδέες τους σε πλήρεις και τεχνικά άρτιες προτάσεις για δημόσιους διαγωνισμούς.

Responsibilities

·     Συγγραφή τεχνικών προδιαγραφών κυρίως για έργα πληροφορικής και τεχνολογικού εξοπλισμού, αλλά και προδιαγραφών συμβουλευτικών υπηρεσιών προς δημόσιος φορείς.

·     Διαμόρφωση λειτουργικών και μη λειτουργικών απαιτήσεων για πληροφοριακά συστήματα και υπηρεσίες.

·     Προσδιορισμός της τεχνικής αρχιτεκτονικής σύμφωνα με τους στόχους του εκάστοτε φορέα και τις απαιτήσεις χρηματοδότησης (π.χ. Ταμείο Ανάκαμψης, ΕΣΠΑ).

·     Έρευνα αγοράς για εντοπισμό κατάλληλων τεχνολογιών, προϊόντων και λύσεων.

·     Συνεργασία με εμπλεκόμενες ομάδες εργασίας για την ορθή διαμόρφωση των τευχών διαγωνισμού.

·     Υποστήριξη της πλήρους διαδικασίας: από την ωρίμανση και δημοσίευση μέχρι την υποβολή ερωτήσεων, την αξιολόγηση, την ολοκλήρωση της διαγωνιστικής διαδικασίας.

Skills & Experience

·     Προηγούμενη εμπειρία ως μηχανικός λογισμικού ή τεχνικός σύμβουλος (3–8 έτη).

·     Πολύ καλή γνώση τεχνολογιών λογισμικού, αρχιτεκτονικής συστημάτων και τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης.

·     Επιθυμία για μετάβαση στον χώρο της συμβουλευτικής και στρατηγικής έργων πληροφορικής.

·     Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο.

·     Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας τόσο με τεχνικά όσο και με μη τεχνικά στελέχη.

·     Οργανωτικότητα, αναλυτική σκέψη και αυτονομία.

Skills we d' like to hear about

·     Εμπειρία ή γνώση των δημοσίων διαγωνισμών στην Ελλάδα.

·     Εμπλοκή σε έργα με χρηματοδότηση ΕΣΠΑ, Ταμείου Ανάκαμψης, ΕΠΑ κ.λπ.

·     Συμμετοχή σε τεχνικές ομάδες σύνταξης RFPs ή τευχών διαγωνισμού.
