Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical support.
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and meet performance metrics.
Qualifications & Skills
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in French; proficient in English (B2 or higher).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive and empathetic attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations calmly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service tools is a plus.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
