O&M Procurement Engineer (Renewable Energy Plants)


Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστηρίζει την ομάδα προμηθειών Ο&Μ για ανταλλακτικά και υπηρεσίες συντήρησης των έργων του Ομίλου (αιολικά, φωτοβολταϊκά, υδροηλεκτρικά, έργα αποθήκευσης ενέργειας και βιοαέριο)
  • Εκτελεί διαδικασίες προμηθειών υλικών και υπηρεσιών για τα υπό λειτουργία έργα του Ομίλου σύμφωνα με τις επιχειρησιακές ανάγκες, τις πολιτικές, διαδικασίες και τα ηθικά πρότυπα του Ομίλου
  • Επικοινωνεί άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά με τις ομάδες των έργων με σκοπό την κατανόηση των επιχειρησιακών αναγκών και την σωστή αποτύπωση αυτών σε ζήτηση προσφοράς (RfQ)
  • Διασφαλίζει την έγκαιρη παραλαβή προσφορών από τους προμηθευτές για κάθε αίτηση εντός των προκαθορισμένων προθεσμιών
  • Διεξάγει ακριβή αξιολόγηση προσφορών με βάση εμπορικούς και τεχνικούς όρους, συντάσσει συγκριτικούς πίνακες τιμών, προδιαγραφών και ποιότητας, εγγυήσεων και χρόνων παράδοσης με την υποστήριξη του τεχνικού τμήματος της Διεύθυνσης και αποστέλλει αναθέσεις
  • Διαπραγματεύεται εμπορικά και συμβατικά θέματα προς εξασφάλιση ευνοϊκών όρων και προϋποθέσεων και επίλυση πιθανών διαφωνιών
  • Συντάσσει, διαπραγματεύεται και διατηρεί/ανανεώνει αρχεία συμβάσεων σε συνεργασία με το Νομικό Τμήμα, το Τμήμα Ασφαλίσεων και λοιπές εσωτερικές ομάδες με σκοπό την τήρηση των απαιτήσεων, την επίτευξη ευνοϊκών όρων και τη διαχείριση των κινδύνων του έργου
  • Τηρεί μία εμπορικά εύρωστη βάση προμηθευτών, ανανεώνει τη λίστα αξιολόγησης των υπαρχόντων προμηθευτών και συμβάλλει στη διεξαγωγή έρευνας αγοράς για νέες πηγές εφοδιασμού και παροχής υπηρεσιών (συμπεριλαμβανομένων μη παραδοσιακών προμηθευτών)

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ως Ηλεκτρολόγος / Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός ή με σπουδές σε Logistics/Εφοδιαστική Αλυσίδα και μετεκπαίδευση ή/και επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε τεχνικό κλάδο
  • 3 έτη κατ'ελάχιστον εμπειρίας σε παρόμοιες θέσεις εργασίας, κατά προτίμηση στον κλάδο της ενέργειας και σε συνάφεια με τεχνικά έργα
  • Εμπειρία στη σύνταξη και διαπραγμάτευση τεχνικών συμβάσεων θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά & γραπτά)
  • Εμπειρία σε χρήση συστημάτων ERP (κατά προτίμηση SAP)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
