, a creative team helping businesses go viral on social. We're hunting for a Video Editor who mixes storytelling, speed, and strategy in every frame.

What you'll do

  • Turn raw footage into addictive short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
  • Nail the hook in the first 3 seconds with text, pacing, or visuals.
  • Keep audiences locked in with cuts, music, captions, and overlays.
  • Collaborate with our Creative Director to refine and sharpen edits.
  • Deliver exports and previews on time, named and organized by SOPs.
  • Keep projects clean, structured, and easy to find on shared servers.
  • Share work-in-progress updates directly with clients

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience editing for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
  • Obsessed with pacing, storytelling, captions, and jump cuts.
  • Knows what's trending and how to adapt it across niches.
  • Highly organized, zero tolerance for messy folders or missed deadlines.
  • Communicative, open to feedback, collaborative with creatives.
  • Bonus: skills in thumbnail design or crafting alternative hooks.
