We seek an experienced
Project Manager
for a leading role supporting our customer in the Asset Performance Management (APM) initiatives on-site at the
Aspropyrgos refinery facilities
.

Asset Performance Management (APM) is Industrial Software that leverages IIoT connectivity, ICT infrastructure, and advanced analytics to optimize the reliability and performance of industrial assets.

This is a permanent, long-term role with Hyperion Systems Engineering Hellas ) offering
competitive compensation
, senior-level responsibility, and the opportunity to work as part of a growing team of engineers driving critical digital transformation.

In this role, you will be oversee the delivery and integration of
GE APM solutions
, supporting operational excellence by enhancing asset reliability, reducing maintenance costs, and leveraging data-driven insights for smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery & Governance
    : Develop, manage and oversee comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, control risks, and handle scope adjustments effectively.
  • System Integration
    : Oversee technical and data integration between GE APM, SAP ERP, and related ICT platforms.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    : Collaborate with IT teams, maintenance and operations engineers and leaders, as well as external vendors to gather requirements and align expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in
    Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or other related subject
  • Minimum
    3 years of experience
    managing IT or digital transformation projects ideally in industrial environments; exposure to the
    Hydrocarbons or Refining sector
    is highly valued
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification will be an advantage
  • Full professional proficiency in
    Greek and English
    , with excellent communication and documentation skills is required
