Η Advanced Hair Clinics, το μεγαλύτερο brand στην Ελλάδα στον τομέα της αποκατάστασης μαλλιών και ένα από τα κορυφαία διεθνώς, επεκτείνει την ομάδα του και αναζητά Σύμβουλο Πελατών με πάθος για την εξυπηρέτηση, επαγγελματισμό και διάθεση για ταξίδια σε όλο τον κόσμο.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Παροχή εξατομικευμένης συμβουλευτικής υποστήριξης σε νέους και υφιστάμενους πελάτες (διά ζώσης & online).
  • Ολοκληρωμένη καθοδήγηση των πελατών πριν και μετά τη μεταμόσχευση μαλλιών.
  • Δημιουργία και διατήρηση σχέσεων εμπιστοσύνης με πελάτες.
  • Συνεργασία με ιατρικές ομάδες για οργάνωση ραντεβού & παρακολούθηση θεραπείας.
  • Ενημέρωση και διαχείριση δεδομένων μέσω CRM.
  • Συμμετοχή σε εμπορικές καμπάνιες και υποστήριξη διεθνών γραφείων (Λονδίνο, Παρίσι, Κύπρος).
  • Εκπροσώπηση του ομίλου σε διεθνή συνέδρια & events.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές & διαπραγματευτικές ικανότητες.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών & Γαλλικών (γραπτά & προφορικά).
  • Δυνατότητα για συχνά επαγγελματικά ταξίδια.
  • Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε πωλήσεις ή customer service.
  • Εξοικείωση με CRM, εργαλεία επικοινωνίας και social media.
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση με προσανατολισμό στο αποτέλεσμα.
