Vi söker dig som:

  • Är minst 18 år gammal
  • Är flytande i Svenska (tal och skrift) och har goda engelskakunskaper.
  • Har grundläggande datorkunskap
  • Är serviceinriktad, professionell och noggrann men även ansvarstagande, målinriktad, stresstålig och tycker om problemlösning
  • Är flexibel, tillgänglig och är redo för att arbeta här i minst 12 månader


Om tjänsten:

  • Kundsupport via inkommande telefonsamtal, mejl och chatt där du analyserar problem och på ett snabbt, engagerat och pedagogiskt sätt löser kundernas ärenden av såväl enkel som komplicerad karaktär
  • Merförsäljning - där du i varje samtal kommer att utföra en behovsanalys samt informera samtliga kunder om pågående kampanjer
  • Du kommer att arbeta med uppsatta mål där du bland annat blir bedömd på samtalstid, kundnöjdhet och säljmål
  • Under rekryteringsprocessen genomför vi obligatoriska bakgrundskontroller på samtliga kandidater (vi kommer därmed be om ditt personnummer i vår första kontakt med dig)
