We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer with proven experience in managing ISO Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO The ideal candidate will also have knowledge or exposure to ESG practices and sustainability reporting. This role combines hands-on system management with strategic support to the company's compliance and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 systems.
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with standards.
  • Monitor performance indicators and report results to senior management.
  • Coordinate corrective and preventive actions, driving operational improvements.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on ISO requirements and best practices.
  • Support the company's ESG and sustainability initiatives, including data collection and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSc/MSc).
  • Solid experience in ISO system management (9001, 14001,
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality management tools.

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, or corporate governance.
  • Additional expertise in other ISO standards (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO
  • Background as a Safety Engineer will be considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in industrial or hospitality environments.
