Press & Communication Officer

για πλήρη απασχόληση στο Γραφείο Τύπου & Επικοινωνίας

στην
Αθήνα.

Κύρια καθήκοντα και βασικές αρμοδιότητες

  • Σύνταξη Δελτίων Τύπου σε ΜΜΕ/ site / Facebook / Newsletter, ενημερωτικών σημειωμάτων, αναφορών, παρουσιάσεων και άλλου επικοινωνιακού υλικού (στην ελληνική & αγγλική γλώσσα)
  • Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία και στην υλοποίηση του ετησίου στρατηγικού πλάνου επικοινωνίας
  • Συγγραφή και συντονισμός προσκλήσεων / press kits σε ΜΜΕ για εκδηλώσεις που αφορούν τον Οργανισμό και follow up
  • Επικοινωνία με δημοσιογράφους και ορισμός συνεντεύξεων
  • Διαχείριση social media
  • Διαχείριση site
  • Σχεδιασμός νέας καμπάνιας - brainstorming
  • Σύνταξη ετήσιων απολογισμών
  • Σύνταξη επιστολών οργανισμού σε συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα και το γραφείο πρόεδρου
  • Οργάνωση παρουσίασης οργανισμού σε ΜΜΕ με στόχο την εξεύρεση πόρων

Απαραίτητα προσόντα υποψηφίων

  • Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ στον τομέα της Επικοινωνίας & ΜΜΕ ή άλλων Κοινωνικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών
  • Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος στον τομέα της Επικοινωνίας & ΜΜΕ ή άλλων Κοινωνικών και Πολιτικών Επιστημών.
  • Τουλάχιστον 5ετής εργασιακή εμπειρία σε θέματα της επικοινωνίας & ΜΜΕ, μη κυβερνητικούς φορείς ή άλλους κρατικούς ή ιδιωτικούς φορείς
  • Αποδεδειγμένη άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Άριστη γνώση Η/Υ

Επιπλέον επιθυμητά χαρακτηριστικά και δεξιότητες

  • Επικοινωνιακή δεινότητα, ευχέρεια λόγου και παρουσίασης μπροστά σε κοινό (αγγλικά/ ελληνικά)
  • Ικανότητα ανάληψης και διαχείρισης πολλαπλών καθηκόντων σε καθορισμένες προθεσμίες
  • Επαγγελματισμός, οργάνωση και συνέπεια
  • Ικανότητα εργασίας σε ομάδα
  • Εθελοντική εργασία προς όφελος του κοινωνικού συνόλου θα αξιολογηθεί θετικά

Ενδέχεται να ζητηθούν από τους υποψηφίους συστατικές επιστολές.
