Are you passionate about real estate and eager to start a career in valuation?

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Valuer to join our growing valuation team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the property valuation sector and develop professionally in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform valuations and underwriting reports under the guidance of senior valuers
• Assist in collecting and analyzing real estate market data
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Stay updated on real estate trends and maintain relevant databases in place
• Present reports internally defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Prepare client presentations and reports upon business request

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant or related professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
• Postgraduate studies related to real estate, valuation, or finance is considered a plus
• Strong communication, analytical and data organization/interpretation skills with attention to detail
• Excellent command of Greek and English, oral and written
• Good command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Team spirit and eagerness to learn
