As a Senior Business/System Analyst at BnkPro, you will be part of the team developing web and mobile banking systems for retail and corporate clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs, design system solutions, and improve processes across our digital products.

Responsibilities:

  • Study system capabilities and design modifications; construct workflow charts and diagrams
  • Manage the full requirements lifecycle, work with the backlog and user stories
  • Analyze business processes to identify and propose improvement opportunities
  • Analyze requirements and define development areas
  • Interview and collaborate with stakeholders to define, shape, and refine requirements
  • Conduct research on industry best practices and standards for continuous product improvement
  • Interpret research data to provide data-driven analyses and system projections


Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Web, Mobile, and Backend development and cross-functionality between front-end and back-end 
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles, including ability to analyze and document API contracts (e.g., using Swagger/OpenAPI)
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases
  • Experience with event-driven architecture and ability to design and analyze data flow in asynchronous systems 
  • Good grasp of microservices design principles, including service boundaries, inter-service communication, and data decentralization
  • Experience of working in SCRUM
  • Experience in the banking business as an analyst is considered to be an advantage 
  • Excellent documentation and prototyping skills with the ability to translate business requirements into data flow diagrams, entity-relationship models, and sequence diagrams
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with ability to switch between several business domains
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects

Interview steps:

  • Recruiter screen (~30 minutes)
  • Technical interview with Lead System Analyst & UI Solution Architect (~60 minutes)
  • Final interview with IT Program Manager (~60 minutes)
