Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα είναι υπεύθυνος για την διαχείριση εξερχόμενων κλήσεων σε υφιστάμενο πελατολόγιο Παρόχου Ηλεκτρικής Ενέργειας με σκοπό τον έλεγχο του βαθμού ικανοποίησης του Πελάτη και την πώληση προγράμματος, προσαρμοσμένο στις οικονομικές του ανάγκες.

Requirements
- Απολυτήριο λυκείου ή πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ
- Γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλή ικανότητα χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office
- Επαγγελματική - ευγενική συμπεριφορά, εξωστρέφεια και ομαδικό πνεύμα
