Responsibilities

• Working as a member of the Processional Services team
• Supporting applications and users while following institution's methodology.
• Supporting the implementation of medium - large s/w projects and deliveries.
• Responsible for requirement analysis and support of specialized software applications.
• Parameterizing existing applications to improve operational efficiency or meet customer requirements
• Participating in troubleshooting and providing customer support as needed
• Organizing business and technical workshops and delivering technical training
• Identifying and understanding business processes relevant to the field of expertise
• Ability to work on multiple projects across different countries in a fast paced, results-oriented environment
• Communicating with vendors for problem resolution.
• Develop and expand the existing partnership.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of Application support – IT key user experience in Banking/Finance or Consulting industry.
• University degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• MSc in Computer Science will be considered a plus.
• Understanding and experience in SQL and RDBMS (SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Application servers (Tomcat or WebSphere) will be considered a plus.
• Excellent command of the English language (written & oral).
• Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, user responsiveness and excellent oral and written communication skills .
• Application support experience is necessary and in a bank environment would be considered a plus.
• Previous experience in AML systems and basic understanding of risk and compliance management will be considered a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong Teamwork and Collaboration skills.
