We are seeking to recruit a creative
Social Media copywriter
to join our team as a full-time employee for major Greek and global clients. A person that can turn ideas into scroll-stopping stories. You'll be responsible for crafting engaging, on-brand copy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.), collaborating closely with our design and strategy teams to bring campaigns to life and integrate them in every digital touchpoint.

The copywriter also needs to generate creative ideas and engaging concepts in regards to the respective strategic approach and brief provided to the team. At all times our copywriter should understand and ensure brand consistency for the agency's clients across all platforms.

A Social Media copywriter's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Writing clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social media posts, reels, TikToks, ads, stories, and campaigns, while understanding the message the client is seeking to deliver, following brand guidelines
  • Performing proof reading/editing and review on copy, with strong attention to detail for grammar, formatting, consistency and clarity
  • Contributing to a creative team culture of conceptual curiosity and innovation, by staying updated on social trends, memes, and cultural moments to keep our content relevant and fresh.
  • Adapting tone and messaging across different audiences and platforms.
  • Collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Research & propose influencers' collaborations aligned with the brand's brief and identity.
  • Concept and brainstorm with creative partners to develop strong integrated campaigns and brand work across multiple platforms
  • Contributing creative ideas for content series, activations, and brand campaigns.
  • Monitoring performance and optimizing copy based on engagement insights.
  • Managing time and juggling multiple projects while staying self-motivated and well organized
  • Successfully communicate, present and pitch creative ideas and the strategic rationale behind them

Qualifications needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant copywriting experience and specific experience creating copy for social media
  • Excellent oral & written command of Greek & English
  • A diverse portfolio of copy examples across multiple Social Media platforms
  • Deep understanding of each social media platforms' culture, tone, and trends.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude, team player, multitasking, ability to perform under pressure
