Social Media and Content Management Senior Manager

At DDB, one of the market's leading Advertising Groups with 68 years of presence, we are looking for a nice and talented Senior Social Media Manager that will be part of the future success of the company by helping our clients stand out, finding their unique brand voice. The role collaborates with the Client Service and reports to the Executive Director.If you are somebody that just moves the project to the next desk, you are not who we are looking for.Who are youDoes "humanizing" a brand sound appealing to you?Is engaging clients and driving brand awareness a challenge?Do you take pride in creating original content?Do you have a strong sense of the social media landscape and know how to bring brand objectives to life?Is your written Greek and English impeccable?Can you work collaboratively with all stakeholders for a brand?What's your day-to-dayDevelop and manage paid social media strategies that align with business goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, etc.)Design and oversee comprehensive content plans for social mediaSupervise the Social Media & Content team in the daily flow of posts and coordinate production; manage workflow, allocate time and optimize team's effort vs budgetPlan, build, and optimize full funnel paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.)Analyze campaign performance and create actionable insights using analytical toolsPartner with creative teams to guide ad asset development and A/B testingStay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform updatesReport to Directors with clear performance metrics and strategic insightsActively interact with communities on the brands' social networksCollaborate with account teams, designers and copywriters to produce quality contentMonitor and analyze content performance, create reporting dashboardsYou must have done this before. We do work for the best and want the best for them. We need you to have 5+ years of experience in this role and we do need you to be able to convert everything you know into effective, impactful pieces of social media content, while overviewing your clients' account portfolio and applying insightful strategy coordination. The more you know, the better.As a Senior Social Media Manager, we expect you to have:Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and monitoring & analytics toolsDeep expertise in Paid social strategy and media buyingGood knowledge of Budget management and ROAS optimizationUnderstanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and funnel-based marketingDeep expertise in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.Proficient knowledge of content management platforms such as WordPress, Umbraco and share pointGood knowledge of AI tools that improve the production of valid and curated contentAbility to manage projects, communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teamsStrong copywriting and creative briefingMentoring and coaching skills for junior colleaguesAbove all, you are nice and talentedLet's break down what that means for us.Nice.You have a positive attitude, seeing the opportunity even in a problem.
