British American Tobacco Greece has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst in Athens**
We are seeking a talented and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to support key decision-making, drive cost-efficient supply chain operations, and contribute to strategy improvements in a dynamic, multinational FMCG environment.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Provide accurate data regarding stock management between distribution centres, stock imports, and deliveries reports for all BAT portfolio to support business needs.
• Analyse warehouse capacity, identify bottlenecks, and share possible solutions.
• Overview KPIs and provide valid feedback and insights to the team.
• Manage upcoming quality issues to ensure minimum impact at customer level and inform all relevant stakeholders (Brand, Trade, etc.).
• Monitor and update complaints for damages, discrepancies, and low-quality products in the company's database.
• Have responsibility for the de-bonding process and check Masterdata to ensure smooth deliveries, balanced stock, and minimum sales disruption.
• Monitor monthly invoices from external stakeholders and build constructive reports.
• Build and maintain reports in Power BI, and initiate proposals to reduce complexity, increase innovation, and improve current tools within the Supply Chain department.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain and MBA/Master's in Supply Chain.
• 1–2 years' experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ease with figures.
• IT literacy (MS Office, Power BI); previous experience with SAP-APO & Kinaxis considered an asset.
• Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of supply chain processes, logistical procedures, and best practices.
• Solution-oriented mindset, proactive, and able to challenge the status quo.
• Strong organizational, time management, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Rigor, autonomy, and ability to take initiative.
