We're hiring a Marketing Manager

CLEAN i.T is the 1st on-demand marketplace for cleaning services - built to bring
transparency, dignity, and innovation
to the cleaning industry.

We're not just a tech company; we're a
social impact venture
redefining how people book, work, and experience cleaning.

We're entering our next growth phase - expanding our marketplace throughout Greece - and we're looking for an
energetic, creative, and impact-driven Marketing Manager
to lead our brand story across all channels.

Your mission

Be the creative engine behind CLEAN i.T - developing strategies, campaigns, and content that
move people
. From digital ads to podcasts, videos, and PR activations, you'll shape how the world experiences our brand.

Build campaigns that blend
creativity with purpose
- driving growth, awareness, and impact. From social media and performance marketing to storytelling and CSR initiatives, you'll play a central role in how CLEAN i.T communicates its vision to the world.

You are

  • A tech-savvy creative who loves exploring new tools, trends, and storytelling formats
  • Strategic and data-minded - you enjoy seeing measurable results from creative ideas
  • Energetic, proactive, and resourceful - you make things happen
  • Passionate about sustainability, social impact, and making work more dignified
  • A fast learner who thrives in a startup environment
  • Fluent in English & Greek (written and spoken)

What you'll do

  • Develop and maintain annual & quarterly marketing calendars aligned with launches and campaigns
  • Plan and execute
    multi-channel campaigns
    (digital, offline, PR, partnerships, CSR)
  • Lead creative production - from social content and short-form videos to branded media, podcasts & ads
  • Co-create and manage our
    content calendar
    (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Oversee influencer and partner marketing initiatives
  • Manage PR, events, and CSR activations that highlight CLEAN i.T's mission
  • Track performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and optimize using insights

Requirements

  • Design & Content:
    Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent
  • Paid Advertising:
    Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Email & CRM:
    Mailchimp or similar (automations, segmentation, reactivation)
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    GA4, Looker Studio, Meta Business Insights, CRM dashboards
  • Project & Workflow:
    Notion, Asana, Trello or other software


Nice to have:
Interest in startups, sustainability & the circular economy, degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
