Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Experience Representative Join our vibrant team and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our Danish-speaking clients.
In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing essential support to customers and ensuring they have a positive experience. Your problem-solving skills and ability to connect with customers will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards of service.
Your Responsibilities- Assist Danish-speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide detailed information regarding our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
- Engage in ongoing training to develop your skills and knowledge of our offerings.
- Fluency in Danish is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Please ensure that your native language and nationality is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in customer support or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
