Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a dynamic French Speaking Lead Generation Specialist to join our innovative team focused on an exciting online network platform. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and nurturing potential leads, helping to drive growth and expand our user base. Your ability to connect with prospects and communicate the value of our platform will be essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads within French-speaking markets to build a robust pipeline of prospects
  • Engage with potential users through various channels, including social media, emails, and phone calls to generate interest
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining how our platform can address their requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in our CRM system to ensure a seamless lead management process
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance outreach efforts
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the benefits of our platform to potential clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer outreach is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with lead generation tools
  • A proactive approach with a results-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for reaching targets
