SWOT Hospitality Management Company is seeking a dedicated and dynamic

Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our vibrant team in Mykonos. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the luxurious standards of our properties, ensuring that our guests experience a flawless stay.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will report directly to the Executive Housekeeper and work in collaboration with various departments to deliver exceptional service and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Your ability to lead, motivate, and manage the housekeeping team effectively is essential in achieving our commitment to excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Oversee the daily operations of the Housekeeping department.

· Conduct inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to service standards.

· Train, manage, and mentor housekeeping staff to deliver optimal performance.

· Manage inventories of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient usage and ordering as necessary.

· Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within housekeeping
  • Experience in a luxury hotel environment preferred
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in the English language (additional languages are a plus)
