Αναζητούμε έναν/μία
Junior Recruiter
για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα υποστηρίζει τις διαδικασίες στελέχωσης, από την αναζήτηση και αξιολόγηση βιογραφικών έως την οργάνωση συνεντεύξεων.

Καθήκοντα

  • Ανάγνωση και φιλτράρισμα βιογραφικών.
  • Πρώτη τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία με υποψηφίους (pre-screening).
  • Οργάνωση και συντονισμός συνεντεύξεων.
  • Υποστήριξη της ομάδας σε διοικητικές εργασίες που σχετίζονται με το recruitment.
  • Συμμετοχή στη δημιουργία αγγελιών και αναρτήσεις σε job boards/social media.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου

  • Πτυχίο Ανώτατης Εκπαίδευσης (κατά προτίμηση σε Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, HR ή συναφή τομέα).
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών και MS Office.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχο ρόλο θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα, όχι απαραίτητη.
