Η ομάδα μας αναζητά έναν/μία Υπεύθυνο/η Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας & Κανονιστικής Συμμόρφωσης, ο οποίος/η οποία θα έχει την εποπτεία και διαχείριση των συστημάτων ποιότητας της εταιρείας, διασφαλίζοντας τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα ISO, τις κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις, τον Κανονισμό Ιατροτεχνολογικών Προϊόντων (MDR) και τις διαδικασίες του ΕΟΦ.

Τα καθήκοντα περιλαμβάνουν:

  • Εποπτεία και εφαρμογή των υπαρχόντων συστημάτων ποιότητας (ISO).
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τον Κανονισμό Ιατροτεχνολογικών Προϊόντων (MDR) και διαχείριση σχετικών διαδικασιών.
  • Γνωστοποίηση προϊόντων στον ΕΟΦ και διαχείριση τυχόν τροποποιήσεων όταν απαιτείται.
  • Διαχείριση αιτήσεων υλικών προς τον ΕΟΦ και άλλους αρμόδιους φορείς.
  • Παρακολούθηση, έλεγχος και διασφάλιση της συμμόρφωσης με εσωτερικές διαδικασίες και εξωτερικές κανονιστικές απαιτήσεις.
  • Εφαρμογή και παρακολούθηση προληπτικών και διορθωτικών ενεργειών.
  • Οργάνωση και διαχείριση αρχείων, με έμφαση στον έλεγχο και την αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων.
  • Συντονισμός και παρακολούθηση για την ανανέωση πιστοποιήσεων και νομιμοποιητικών εγγράφων.

Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α πρέπει να διαθέτει:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε διαχείριση συστημάτων ποιότητας (ISO) και κανονιστική συμμόρφωση.
  • Καλή γνώση του MDR και των διαδικασιών του ΕΟΦ
  • Ικανότητα οργάνωσης, ανάλυσης και προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και συνεργατικές δεξιότητες.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής και της βουλγαρικής γλώσσας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση MS Office και ERP.
