Your Role
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead a team of technicians to deliver safe, high-quality, and timely service. You'll maintain strong customer relationships, drive operational excellence, and use digital tools to boost performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the maintenance team to deliver excellent service
• Manage customer relations, ensuring satisfaction and proactive communication
• Use digital tools to monitor performance and streamline processes
• Provide technical oversight and troubleshoot complex issues

What We're Looking For

• Experience supervising teams in maintenance, field service, or similar roles in technical industry
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset
• Strong digital mindset and willingness to use mobile tools
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
• Customer-focused, proactive, and problem-solving attitude
• Valid B driving license and readiness to travel locally

Ο Ρόλος σας
Ως Προϊστάμενος Συντήρησης, θα ηγηθείτε μιας ομάδας τεχνικών για να παρέχετε
ασφαλή, υψηλής ποιότητας και έγκαιρη εξυπηρέτηση
. Θα διατηρείτε ισχυρές σχέσεις με τους πελάτες, θα προωθείτε την επιχειρησιακή αριστεία και θα χρησιμοποιείτε
ψηφιακά εργαλεία
για την αύξηση της απόδοσης και της αποτελεσματικότητας.

Κύριες Ευθύνες

• Ηγεσία και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας συντήρησης για την παροχή εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης
• Διαχείριση σχέσεων με πελάτες, εξασφαλίζοντας ικανοποίηση και προληπτική επικοινωνία
• Χρήση ψηφιακών εργαλείων για την παρακολούθηση της απόδοσης και τη βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών
• Παροχή τεχνικής εποπτείας και αντιμετώπιση σύνθετων προβλημάτων

Τι Αναζητούμε

• Εμπειρία στην επίβλεψη ομάδων σε συντήρηση, τεχνική εξυπηρέτηση ή παρόμοιους ρόλους σε τεχνικό κλάδο
• Εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
• Ικανότητα χρήσης ψηφιακών εργαλείων
• Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας στα Ελληνικά και Αγγλικά
• Προσανατολισμός στον πελάτη, πρωτοβουλία και ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων
• Άδεια οδήγησης Β κατηγορίας και διαθεσιμότητα για τοπικά ταξίδια
