Εταιρία πληροφορικής στο Ελληνικό αναζητά έναν έμπειρο και αναλυτικό Διαχειριστή Συστημάτων για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα τεχνικής υποστήριξης και υποδομής. Σε αυτή τη βασική θέση, θα είστε υπεύθυνοι για τη διαχείριση και βελτιστοποίηση των βασικών συστημάτων μας, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη δεύτερου επιπέδου και εξασφαλίζοντας τη σταθερότητα και ασφάλεια του IT περιβάλλοντος.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες & Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποστήριξη & Διαχείριση Συστημάτων (2nd Level): Ανάλυση και επίλυση σύνθετων τεχνικών θεμάτων που κλιμακώνονται από την ομάδα 1st Level Support, κυρίως μέσω απομακρυσμένης πρόσβασης (remote).
  • Διαχείριση Δικτύου:
  • Διαμόρφωση, παρακολούθηση και συντήρηση δικτυακού υλικού
  • Εφαρμογή και τήρηση πολιτικών ασφαλείας στο δίκτυο.
  • Διαχείριση Windows Server:
  • Διαχείριση και υποστήριξη του περιβάλλοντος Active Directory (χρήστες, ομάδες, πολιτικές Group Policy).
  • Διαχείριση και διαμόρφωση IIS και MSSQL servers.
  • Εικονικοποίηση & Υποδομή:
  • Εγκατάσταση, ρύθμιση και συντήρηση hypervisors (VMware ή Hyper-V ή Proxmox).
  • Διαχείριση εικονικών μηχανών, πόρων και δημιουργία backups.
  • Τεκμηρίωση & Συμμόρφωση:
  • Σύνταξη τεχνικών πρωτοκόλλων και διαδικασιών για πληροφοριακά συστήματα.
  • Συμμετοχή και υποστήριξη διαδικασιών συμμόρφωσης (π.χ. ISO 27001)
  • Τήρηση ημερολογίου τεχνικών εργασιών

Τα Προαπαιτούμενα Προσόντα σας είναι:

  • Ελάχιστα 2 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε ανάλογη θέση.
  • Πιστοποίηση σε δίκτυα υπολογιστών (CCNA ή ανώτερη).
  • Πιστοποίηση σε Windows Server Administration με επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε Active Directory, IIS και MSSQL.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη, πρακτική εμπειρία στην εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση πλατφορμών εικονικοποίησης (Proxmox / VMware / Hyper-V).
  • Εμπειρία στη συγγραφή τεχνικών πρωτοκόλλων και διαδικασιών, με εξοικείωση σε πλαίσια όπως το ISO 27001.
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Θα θεωρηθούν σημαντικά πλεονεκτήματα:

  • Εμπειρία ή πιστοποιήσεις σε cloud πλατφόρμες (Microsoft Azure ή AWS ή Google Cloud).
  • Εμπειρία ή πιστοποίηση σε Linux System Administration.
  • Εμπειρία στην εγκατάσταση και λειτουργία συστημάτων παρακολούθησης (monitoring) όπως Prometheus / Grafana ή Zabbix.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαμόρφωση και διαχείριση εταιρικών τειχών προστασίας (firewalls) όπως Watchguard, Fortigate, ή άλλα.
