E-shop Operator

Καθήκοντα
- Έκδοση παραστατικών (τιμολόγια και ΑΠΛ) μέσω προγραμμάτων της
Epsilon Net - Διαχείριση & καθημερινή λειτουργία του ηλεκτρονικού καταστήματος (eshop)
- Παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών - αποστολών, αποθεμάτων και συνεργασιών με πελάτες χονδρικής και λιανικής
- Συνεισφορά στη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη (UX/UI feedback, επικοινωνία)
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
- Βασικές λογιστικές γνώσεις για την έκδοση παραστατικών
- Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον χώρο του
φαρμακείου / παραφαρμακευτικών προϊόντων - Εξοικείωση με εμπορικές εφαρμογές της
Epsilon Net - Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
Επιθυμητά Προσόντα
- Γνώσεις digital marketing (Google Ads, social media, email marketing)
- Εμπειρία σε συστήματα ERP & e-commerce πλατφόρμες (WooCommerce)
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικών
- Ικανότητα συνεργασίας σε ομαδικό περιβάλλον
