ATM Customer Engineer (CE)

On site field support on ATMs.


• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively

• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs  within an assigned territory in Athens

• Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls

• Warehouse activity to dismantle the old Machines and test parts

  • Repair all the old modules with PPK parts. Assemble and test the machine before dispatch.

Main territory Athens with home as a base, able to travel with Greece when necessary.

  • We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and a passion for hands-on work. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various types of ATMs at client sites either in Bank Branches or Stand alone locations.
  • 0800 – 1600 is the main work shift Monday to Friday
  • Member of a team of 20 CEs
  • Average calls per day: 5. Calls are targeted to be within home area.
  • Motorbike ownership to use for work would be ideal/relevant driving license

Training would be mostly in Athens including Web and hands on sessions for 2 months. He may travel to Thessaloniki and/or UAE for further training.

Laptop, Phone, Medical Insurance are also included.

-Clean criminal record is a required as some customers are related to international governmental equipment or military.

-English fluent
