Urban Systems team is growing and we are currently seeking for a professional to join us for the role of Mechanical Engineer.

Responsibilities of the role:

· Preparation of the project schedule.

· Compilation and management of RFPs

·   
Management of MEP subcontractors on constructions

· Drafting and negotiating the Design and Construction Agreement

· Review and management of the Designs

· Management and monitoring/supervision of the procedures for issuing the necessary approvals

· Financial monitoring, preparation and control of certifications

· Conduction & active participation in meetings

· Review and management of the construction agreements

· On-site inspections

· Preparation of reports

· Testing and Commissioning

Qualifications:

· Specialty: Mechanical Engineer (university degree)

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry (both on site and/or projects)

· Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects.

· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional project teams.

· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

· Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for innovation , sustainability and value engineering in project management processes.

· Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.

· Demonstrated commitment to ethical business practices, honesty, and transparency.

· Ability to make sound decisions with integrity and prioritize the best interests of the project and stakeholders.

· Excellent negotiation skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
