Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer (Mechanical / Piping) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules for mechanical and piping systems on projects in MENA and Europe
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and successful completion of commissioning activities
  • Conduct site inspections and testing to verify that mechanical and piping systems are installed and functioning correctly
  • Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the commissioning process
  • Prepare commissioning reports and documentation for client approval
  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and contractors on commissioning-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards during the commissioning process
  • Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates on commissioning progress
  • Travel to project sites in MENA and Europe as needed to oversee commissioning activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in commissioning mechanical and piping systems
  • Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, codes, and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
