Job Description:
The Hook-Up & Commissioning SPT will be responsible for overseeing the hook-up and commissioning activities for various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the hook-up and commissioning activities for various projects in the MENA & Europe regions
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of all hook-up and commissioning activities
- Manage the project schedule, budget, and quality control to ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules
- Monitor and report on project progress and identify any potential delays or issues
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being completed according to specifications and safety standards
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of all hook-up and commissioning activities
- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of hook-up and commissioning activities
- Manage project budget and ensure all costs are accounted for and within budget
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in hook-up and commissioning for oil and gas projects
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
- Experience working in the MENA & Europe regions is preferred
- Fluent in English, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
