The Role in Detail
As a
Software Architect
, you'll be at the forefront of architecting, designing and developing cutting-edge web applications in a microservices environment, while shaping the digital future. You'll lead, support and mentor the development team in designing and implementing robust technical solutions. Your expertise will drive the technical solution of projects — from concept to delivery.

The key responsibilities of the
role will include:

• Analyzing, architecting, designing and developing web applications following microservices architecture
• Willing to write Architectural Solutions and Technical documentations
• Providing technical leadership and support to the development teams
• Acting as the Technical leader of new projects and platforms
• Alignment of the development teams with the desired architecture and design
• Coordination of the Frontend, Backend, AI & Data teams during the design phase of the projects and support the integration of services and APIs
• Definition and design of database schemas for SQL (Postgres) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases
• Participation in the design, implementation and integration of Machine learning projects and ML models as part of the AI Center of Excellence
• Collaboration with DevOps team to support the deployment pipelines to Azure Cloud using Docker, Kubernetes and Azure DevOps
• Identifying and applying appropriate modern technologies and techniques for software development
• Supporting the time and resources estimation of new projects
• Collaboration with Business Analysis and Project Management teams to meet business requirements.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with

+ Years of Software Development Experience
who's ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here's a snapshot of the skills we'd love to see:

Must-haves

• Mastery of Spring/Spring Boot frameworks
• Experience in designing applications using Microservices architecture
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases (Postgres, MySQL)
• Experience in designing high-availability and scalable solutions
• Experience with Event-driven Architectures and Message Queues.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and component-based architecture
• Security savvy — RBAC, OAuth2, encryption — you keep data safe.
• Good knowledge with Cloud architectures (Azure, AWS)

Bonus Points If You

• Know your way around NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Have led and mentored a team of software developers (preferably cross-functional)
• Have played with Redis, ETCD, or Reactive Programming.
• Embrace DevOps practices like automation and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Azure AKS and Azure DevOps
