As a Marketing & Campaigns Specialist you will report to Customer Marketing Team Leader in the International Sales based in Athens, Greece for a permanent contract.

Are you passionate about marketing, eager to grow, and ready to make an impact? Hager Hellas is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Campaigns Coordinator to join our team in Athens

What you will do?

• Be part of exciting campaign rollouts—supporting the planning, execution, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing initiatives, while keeping everything organized behind the scenes.
• Bring our brand to life through standout content across social media, newsletters, and promotional materials—plus help shape our online presence through planning, posting, paid media, and web care.
• Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure every digital or offline asset lands on time and on point.
• Help us create memorable brand experiences through events, activations, and internal initiatives—while collaborating on eye-catching point-of-sale materials with product and sales teams.
• Keep us ahead of the curve with sharp market research, insightful competitor analysis, and data-driven campaign reporting to fuel smart launch strategies.

What about you:

• 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications, with a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong organizational skills, high energy and a proactive, hands-on approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a solid grasp of marketing KPIs and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
• Passion for digital marketing: comfortable working with social media, creative flair with basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite), familiarity with email marketing tools (knowledge of Eloqua is a strong plus)
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
