Αναζητούμε R&D Kitchen Assistant για τις εγκαταστάσεις μας στη ΒΙ.ΠΕ. Σίνδου, στη Θεσσαλονίκη.

Σκοπός της θέσης είναι η συνεχής υποστήριξη της Διεύθυνσης Έρευνας & Ανάπτυξης στην ανάπτυξη νέων προϊόντων και στη βελτιστοποίηση υπαρχόντων συνταγών, μέσω της εκτέλεσης μαγειρικών δοκιμών στην πειραματική/εργαστηριακή κουζίνα.

Κύρια καθήκοντα

  • Παρασκευή και μαγείρεμα συνταγών στο πλαίσιο πειραματικών δοκιμών, γευστικών αξιολογήσεων ή παρουσιάσεων νέων προϊόντων
  • Συμμετοχή σε οργανοληπτικές δοκιμές και αξιολόγηση δειγμάτων
  • Συμμετοχή στην αξιολόγηση συνταγών και διαδικασιών του τμήματος Έρευνας & Αναπτυξης
  • Προετοιμασία πρώτων υλών και ζύγιση υλικών σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες της ομάδας R&D
  • Υποστήριξη εκπαιδευτικών δράσεων και γευστικών δοκιμών σε συνεργασία με σχολεία ή άλλους φορείς
  • Προετοιμασία δειγμάτων για παρουσίαση ή αποστολή σε πελάτες
  • Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων και υλικών της πειραματικής κουζίνας
  • Διασφάλιση τήρησης προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (HACCP)
  • Συνεργασία με τεχνολόγους τροφίμων για συνεχή βελτίωση των προϊόντων
  • Συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την αξιολόγηση προτεινόμενων συνταγών/σερβιρισμάτων για χρήση σε συσκευασίες ή στο εταιρικό site

Απαραίτητα προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο Μαγειρικής Τέχνης, Τεχνολογίας Τροφίμων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Εργασιακή εμπειρία 3+ έτη σε σχετική θέση
  • Γνώσεις προτύπων υγιεινής και ασφάλειας τροφίμων (HACCP)
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές και επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Καλή γνώση MS Office
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
