You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the Regulatory affairs space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.
We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Officer to join our team in Greece.
Main responsibilities :
- Preparing and submitting regulatory documentation,
- Monitoring legislation,
- Supporting product lifecycle management (Marketing Authorization licences, Variations, Renewals, Transfers).
- Review/Perform translations of artworks, Product Information and Promotional materials.
- Contact with Authorities.
- Maintain the files and databases electronically and in hardcopy, when required.
- Follows EXCELYA and Client policies, procedures, instructions, guidance.
- Ensure data privacy requirements are met.
About You:

Education: Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences (Pharmacy or related field).
Experience: 1-3 Years experience in Regulatory Affairs (Pharma/Medical Devices)
Skills: Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; demonstrated success in handling diverse tasks efficiently
Technical: Knowledge of Greek/EU regulations
Languages: Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and greek langage.
Soft-Skills: Self-motivated, strong communication skills.
