Communication & Internal Marketing Specialist

What you will do:
  • Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal platforms such as the intranet, newsletters, social media, company website, and sustainability reports
  • Support the preparation and delivery of visual and written materials for internal campaigns, employee highlights, company news, and ESG/CSR communications
  • Contribute to the production of internal videos and multimedia content to boost communication and employee engagement
  • Assist in implementing internal communication campaigns that reflect the company's business goals
  • Maintain and update internal communication channels to ensure content remains current and relevant
  • Help organize communication aspects of internal events, including town halls and employee engagement activities
  • Keep an editorial calendar to support the scheduling and coordination of communication efforts
  • Track engagement metrics and gather data to support analysis of communication effectiveness
  • Ensure brand tone and messaging are applied consistently across internal communications
  • Support brand alignment in internal marketing and communication materials
  • Help create presentations and campaign content for internal marketing and CSR-related activities
  • Assist in developing timelines and action plans for communication projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to help deliver communication tasks
  • Assist with budget tracking to support the cost-effective execution of campaigns

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A Master's degree in a relevant discipline will be considered an asset
  • Proven experience of at least 3 years in internal communication, with exposure to external communication or marketing

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  • Strong project management and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for results and innovative ideas
  • Solid problem-solving, critical thinking, and collaboration abilities; able to build trusting relationships across teams
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced knowledge of PowerPoint and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Familiarity with multimedia content creation tools, including basic video editing using Adobe Premiere, Canva, or equivalent platforms will be considered an asset
  • Customer-oriented approach, with high levels of flexibility, adaptability, and perseverance
