Customer Support Advisor Dutch Speaking

Your Mission:
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting and guiding customers by providing high-quality support and solutions to their inquiries. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the companys success through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by handling each interaction with care and empathy
- Follow company procedures and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases efficiently
- Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience
Profile Required:
- Languages: Dutch native and good level of English (B2 minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs and situations
- Team player, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center is a plus
