Στο PROTEIN GARDEN αναζητούμε Store Managers για τα καταστήματα υγιεινής διατροφής σε Γλυφάδα / Πειραιά / Βικτώρια (ΑΣΟΕΕ).

Καθήκοντα:


• Οργάνωση και εύρυθμη λειτουργία καταστήματος (άνοιγμα/κλείσιμο, POS, ταμείο,

παραλαβές, καθαριότητα, HACCP, FIFO/FEFO)


• Ενεργή παρουσία σε service & κουζίνα όταν χρειάζεται – ειδικά σε ώρες αιχμής


• Υποστήριξη της ομάδας σε όλα τα πόστα με hands-on προσέγγιση


• Καθοδήγηση εξυπηρέτησης, επίλυση παραπόνων και βελτίωση εμπειρίας


• Οργάνωση ομάδας, καθημερινό feedback, mentoring, πλάνα βαρδιών & onboarding


• Παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων, food cost, waste και στόχων απόδοσης


• Συνεργασία με Operations HQ για αναφορές, παραγγελίες, και νέα projects/καμπάνιες

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:


• 2-4 χρόνια εμπειρία ως Store ή Restaurant Manager σε fast casual/casual περιβάλλον


• Εξαιρετική γνώση POS, MS Office, αποθεμάτων και HACCP


• Οργανωτικός/ή, hands-on, multitasker με έμφαση στην ποιότητα


• Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών (άλλες γλώσσες επιθυμητές), σχετικό πτυχίο (προαιρετικό)

• Ηγεσία με πράξη και θετική στάση


• Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας & κρίσεων


• Προσήλωση στη λεπτομέρεια και την καθημερινή βελτίωση
