Rental Sales Agent

Καθήκοντα:

  • Εξυπηρετείτε τους πελάτες με ευγένεια, αξιολογώντας τις ανάγκες τους και προτείνοντας κατάλληλα οχήματα με στόχο τη βέλτιστη απόδοση πωλήσεων

  • Παρέχετε εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση πελατών, παρέχοντας ολοκληρωμένες και ακριβείς πληροφορίες σχετικά με την ενοικίαση

  • Διαχειρίζεστε με ακρίβεια τις συμφωνίες ενοικίασης και τις πληρωμές, εξασφαλίζοντας μια ομαλή και άψογη διαδικασία
  • Ανταποκρίνεστε άμεσα στα αιτήματα των πελατών και επιλύετε ζητήματα με αποτελεσματικότητα, διατηρώντας υψηλά επίπεδα ικανοποίησης
  • Προωθείτε ενεργητικά επιπλέον προϊόντα και υπηρεσίες με σκοπό τη βελτίωση της εμπειρίας του πελάτη και την αύξηση των εσόδων

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος Λυκείου, Απόφοιτος Ανώτερης εκπαίδευσης θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Κάτοχος άδειας οδήγησης αυτοκινήτου (απαραίτητο)
  • Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτά και προφορικά)
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε πωλήσεις ή εξυπηρέτηση πελατών θεωρείται ιδιαίτερο προσόν
  • Ισχυρές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες, με αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα δημιουργίας σχέσεων και ολοκλήρωσης πωλήσεων
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά με αφοσίωση στην εξυπηρέτηση πελατών
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και αποδοτικής λειτουργίας υπό πίεση σε γρήγορο εργασιακό περιβάλλον
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενες βάρδιες
