Job PurposePerform refuelling of aircraft by self safely on time and every time. Perform quality control checks on product as per laid down standards of Chevron Aviation Quality Control procedures. Perform preventive maintenance checks on refuelling vehicles.
Principal Accountabilities1. Prepare for fuelling:
o Checks the Dispo screen in FHS (Flight Handling System) for the allocated flight by the shift supervisors.
o Note down vehicle and flight details and verify flight data (parking and tail number) with UFIS (Universal Flight Information System),
o Note down the hydrant line product density, temperature and batch number.
o Check the allocated vehicle and check the Quality Control material status in it.
2. Perform aircraft fuelling:
o Move to the allocated flight by the shift supervisor within planned time.
o Drive the assigned vehicle following airport safety and security rules.
o Position the vehicle safely and properly.
o Verify the flight details with noted details.
o Connect the fuelling equipment as per Chevron Aviation Operating Manual.
o Operate the car PC and make it ready I fuelling mood.
o Verify the fuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start the fuelling with his instruction.
o Perform the product visual check as per Chevron Aviation Quality Manual during fuelling and completion of fuelling.
o Keep a constant vigil on the fuelling process, fuelling vehicle and operations surrounding.
o Stop the fuelling based on figure given by the aircraft technician or order to stop the fuelling.
o Complete the delivery ticket process either through car PC or prepare Manual ticket.
o Disconnect the fuelling equipment as per Chevron Aviation Operation Manual and verify all hoses are on place.
o Inform the shift supervisor about the fuelling completion and wait for further instruction.
3. Perform aircraft refuelling with refueller
o Move to the allocated flight by the shift supervisor within planned time.
o Check the available quantity in assigned refuller.
o Drive the assigned refuller following airport safety and security rules.
o Position the refuller safely and properly.
o Verify the flight details with noted details.
o Connect the fuelling equipment as per Chevron Aviation Operating Manual.
o Operate the car PC and make it ready I fuelling mood.
o Verify the fuel requirement with aircraft technician/pilot and start the fuelling with his instruction.
o Perform the product visual check as per Chevron Aviation Quality Manual during fuelling and completion of fuelling.

1. Higher Secondary in any discipline with 2 years of Aviation experience.
OR
4 years experience in Aviation operations.
2. Proficiency in English and good verbal and written communication skills.
3. Advanced mathematic skill.
4. Excellent Interpersonal relationship, motivational and team building skills with good planning and decision making abilities.
5. Good IT skills.
6. UAE valid manual driving license.
