We are looking for a well-organized and technically skilled Aircraft Maintenance Store Manager to manage the warehouse of aircraft components, spare parts, and tools. The role involves hands-on responsibility for receiving, classifying, storing, and distributing parts and materials, ensuring full support to aircraft maintenance operations.

This position is open not only to candidates with direct aviation experience but also to professionals with technical knowledge and proven warehouse experience in industrial or mechanical environments.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end parts flow, including receipt, inspection, documentation checks, inventory, storage, and dispatch
  • Maintain accurate ERP/warehouse records and provide maintenance teams with needed parts and tooling
  • Coordinate with suppliers on availability, lead times, and required documentation while following Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE) procedures
  • Ensure safe handling and storage in line with company procedures and Safety Management System (SMS)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics roles involving technical materials
  • Technical background or strong understanding of mechanical components
  • Good command of English & comfortable working with technology
  • Experience with ERP / Warehouse Management System
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in an aviation or Maintenance Repair & Operation environment
  • Knowledge of EASA Part-145 / Part-M regulations
  • Completion of relevant trainings (Human Factors, Electrical Wiring Interconnection System), Incoming Goods Inspection
