Role Description

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Junior with a specialization in Recruiting
to support our talent acquisition activities and overall HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals who want to develop their HR career with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates across various roles within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle: drafting job descriptions, posting ads, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking records.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assist hiring managers during selection stages.
• Develop and implement basic recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
• Support general HR operations, employee documentation, and HR databases.
• Prepare reports and contribute to HR compliance and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Specific interest or previous exposure to
  recruiting/talent acquisition
  (internship or academic projects count).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or ATS tools is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
