Sales Development Executive
με πάθος για την ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου και την παροχή ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων σε απαιτητικούς πελάτες. Αν η καινοτομία, η πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση, η διάθεση για επιτυχία και η ομαδικότητα είναι αξίες που σε εκφράζουν, τότε θέλουμε να σε γνωρίσουμε
Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες :
- Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση πελατολογίου (υφιστάμενων και νέων πελατών) σε B2B περιβάλλον.
- Επίτευξη προσωπικών και ομαδικών στόχων πωλήσεων σύμφωνα με το ετήσιο sales budget.
- Παρακολούθηση αγοράς και ανταγωνισμού, εντοπισμός νέων ευκαιριών.
- Κατανόηση αναγκών πελατών και παροχή ενδεδειγμένων λύσεων.
- Στενή συνεργασία με το Εμπορικό και Τεχνικό τμήμα, με στόχο την προώθηση προϊόντων και ολοκληρωμένων λύσεων.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα :
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ ή ΑΤΕΙ.
- Εδειξικευμένες εκπαιδεύσεις/πιστοποιήσεις πωλήσεων θα εκτιμηθούν.
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια σε B2B πωλήσεις.
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές και διαπραγματευτικές δεξιότητες.
- Οργανωτικότητα, πρωτοβουλία και ικανότητα διαχείρισης προβλημάτων.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και ικανότητα συνεργασίας.
