για να γίνουν το πρόσωπο της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών στην γραμμή παραγγελιών. Εδώ, δεν είσαι απλά «πίσω από τον πάγκο» – είσαι αυτός/ή που φροντίζει κάθε πελάτης να έχει μια γρήγορη, ευχάριστη και ποιοτική εμπειρία.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Υποδέχεσαι κάθε επισκέπτη με χαμόγελο και θετική διάθεση
  • Καθοδηγείς ευγενικά και με σαφήνεια τον πελάτη να διαλέξει τα υλικά για το γεύμα του
  • Φτιάχνεις το γεύμα μπροστά του, με φροντίδα και ταχύτητα, και ολοκληρώνεις την εξυπηρέτηση στο ταμείο
  • Συμμετέχεις στην παρασκευή ροφημάτων και στην προετοιμασία υλικών όταν χρειάζεται
  • Βοηθάς στη σωστή οργάνωση του service line και το καθάρισμα στο τέλος της βάρδιας
  • Συνεργάζεσαι με κουζίνα και υπευθύνους βάρδιας για να εξασφαλίζεται η ομαλή λειτουργία
